Chapter Chairman Roger Newton called the meeting to order and asked everyone to introduce themselves.

A monthly test and an AMBER test were sent out in January. In addition an AMBER alert was sent out and resulted in the safe return of the child.

The Department of Emergency Management failed to send a test on November 7, 2006 at 11:15a.m. so it was rescheduled for November 8, 2006 at 11:15am. For the most part, the test was successfully received, however, there were isolated failures of LP1s in various areas of the state reported. The next RMT is scheduled for December 5, at 11:15 pm and will be sent by the Department of Public Safety. The next AMBER test will most likely by January 9, 2007, pending the Governor's approval.

The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management sent the June RMT on October 3 at 11:15 PM as scheduled. The next RMT is scheduled for November 7, at 11:15 am and will be sent by the Department of Public Safety. The next AMBER test will most likely by January 9, 2007, however that is pending the Governor's approval.

The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management failed to send the August RMT on August 8 at 11:15 PM as scheduled. The test was rescheduled for August 10 at 11:15PM and successfully sent.

The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management sent the June RMT on June 6 at 11:15 PM as scheduled.

The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management sent the May RMT at 11:15 AM as scheduled.

The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management sent the April RMT at 11:15 AM rather than 11:15 PM as scheduled. The attempt to reschedule the test that evening was not successful.
