Approval of Minutes as posted on the Chapter 56 website was called for, motion was requested, motion was made and approved by voice vote.

Treasurers Report:
The Chapter's checking account balance as of October 21, 2009 was $ 4,232.09. Post office box rental was paid for$40.00. Qdoba was paid $ 498.33 for the cost of the food for the local SBE 56 Fall Conference that took place on October 22. There have been no credits or debits since then. The

Chapter's checking account balance as of December 1, 2009 was $ 3,693.76.

Engineering Conference Committee Report:
Vice Chairman Ray Klotz reported that the committee met and reviewed the SBE 56 Training Conference 2009. There were many successes reported and interest in having the Conference again next year.
