Chapter Chairman Bill Lee called the meeting to order and asked everyone to introduce themselves.

Approval of Meeting Minutes:
Approval of Minutes as posted on the Chapter 56 website was called for, motion was requested, motion was made and approved by voice vote.

Treasurers Report:
The Chapter's checking account balance as of December 1, 2009 was $ 3,693.76. Roger Newton was reimbursed for $21.02 for supplies purchsed for the
SBE56 Training Conference. There have been no credits since then. The Chapter's checking account balance as of January 21, 2010 was $ 3,672.74.

Frequency Coordination above 1 GHz:
Nothing to Report.

Frequency Coordination below 1 GHz:
June 12, 2010 is the deadline for use of 698MHZ to 806MHZ wireless transmitters. Many manufactures are offering incentives for rebates on those frequency transmitters.

June 4-14, 2010 for Local Chapters Deadline is April 16, 2010.

November 5-15, 2010 for Local Chapters Deadline is September 17, 2010.

Engineering Conference Committee Report:
Vice Chairman Ray Klotz reported that the committee will meet to look at 2010 Fall Conference and will discuss the SBE Invitiation for a Ennes
Workshop. Which will be brought up at a later time.

The Chapter is looking for someone to be the new Program and House Chairman for meetings. Anyone interested in serving to please contact David Shaffer or any
Officer.

OKC SBE Chapter 85 has asked if Chapter 56 is interested in another Joint Chapter Picnic in early June.
