Approval of Meeting Minutes: Approval of Minutes as posted on the Chapter 56 website was called for by Bill Lee, motion was requested, motion was made and seconded and approved by voice vote. Treasurers Report: Ray Klotz reported the following: The Chapter’s checking account balance as of April 24, 2009, was $3786.29. There have been a single credit of $445.80 from SBE National for the 2008 rebbate.The Chapter’s checking account balance as of today, June 16,2009 is $4232.09. Secretary’s Report: Nothing to report. Frequency Coordination above 1 GHz: Nothing to Report. Frequency Coordination below 1 GHz: Nothing to Report. EAS Report: Monthly test Successful, system is at Normal Functioning Status. Certification Report: Ray Klotz reported the following exam dates for certification: Exam Dates November 6 - 19, 2009 for Local Chapters Application Deadline is September 18, 2009 Old Business: Ray Klotz reported on Tulsa SBE Convention, exploratory commitee was formed and tentative date is October 23.
